Job Context:
∎ The Junior Accounts Officer will report to the Financial Reporting Manager.
∎ In this role you will work with a team of finance professionals providing valuable financial reporting, meeting month-end deadlines and providing finance support to other departments within the company. This is a high-volume role which will require enthusiasm and dedication from the get-go and a fantastic opportunity to gain some amazing experience in a dynamic, and international company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconcile bank accounts
∎ Prepare daily cash balances
∎ Book bank transactions
∎ Reviewing and posting overhead invoices, expenses and credit cards Prepare overhead accruals
∎ Reconcile balance sheet accounts
∎ Prepare monthly regional PL’s reports
∎ Assist with company secretarial requirements
∎ Assist with audit preparation
∎ Ad-hoc reports/analysis as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Part-qualified ACCA or similar would be an advantage
∎ Excellent excel skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Amazing attention to detail and good judgment skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and produce a high volume of work under tight deadlines
∎ Preferably 2 years’ experience in a similar role
