Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and generating collection reports for school fees and other incomes.
∎ Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of pupils' fee bills and the collection of outstanding fees and extras.
∎ Monitoring daily activities of the eagle shop (purchase, sales, and stock counting)
∎ Monitoring office & school resource stock levels and order as required liaising with resource assistant and staff.
∎ To provide information regarding school fees, other charges and payment schedules to the guardian.
∎ Cash withdrawal, payment and maintain petty cash and keep track of payments, receipts and Non-cash vouchers for schools.
∎ Distribute monthly bill payments and cash salary to staff members on time.
∎ Prepare & maintain all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, general ledger & different registers according to accounting standards & Procedures.
∎ Ensuring entry of various transactions into tally software.
∎ Assist finance & accounts team in preparing monthly and yearly Financial Statements
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management.
