Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Ensure proper implementation of FIFO / FEFO system.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and QC departments.
Ensure smooth material flow from warehouse to production line.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain proper documentation for production planning and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and internal audit requirements.
Update production plans and inventory data in ERP/Oracle system.
