Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Accounting Major is a MUST
∎ 3 year diploma or 4 year undergraduate based on work experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc.
∎ Audit all transaction like received, payment, export, purchase, & Journal voucher
∎ Check monthly salary of the employees of the Company
∎ Check Weekly wages & OT of the workers of the Company
∎ Check the day to day financial transaction of the Company
∎ Check and calculated finance cost
∎ To assist in developing / modifying audit policy of the company time to time
∎ To maintain proper documentation system for future reference
∎ To do market survey as and when required.
∎ To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ Checked cost sheet, production report and stock report.
∎ To prepare budget and analysis reason for variances.
∎ Any other works as assigned by the Head of Department time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient with Microsoft excel and able to work without any errors.
∎ This is a very important position within the organisation and we look for candidates who are able to work independently and constantly seeking professional growth.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Increases in Salary is based on performance

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus and Performance Bonus.
