∎ VAT & TAX short course certification (7 days or 15 days).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales reconciliation of all Concern monthly;
∎ Update and maintaining Mushak Register 6.1, 6.2 and other books as per VAT ACT & Rules;
∎ Issue Mushak 6.3 (VAT Invoice)
∎ Calculating VDS & TDS on daily bill voucher and consultant with A/C Department for posting the entry in software;
∎ Customer VAT & Tax Calculation and process to pay the outstanding (Online A Challan) in Govt. Revenue A/C;
∎ Online A Challan Preparation and processing for approval from management;
∎ Maintaining the required documents- Copy of bill, Bill of Entry (BOE), Online A Challan and others for Tax & VAT authority;
∎ Support, Communicate and coordinate to finance & Accounts Department, Internal Audit department and external audit;
∎ Deal and good relation with Tax and VAT Authority;
∎ Any other work given by management of the company.
