Experience:
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook).
Good typing speed in Bangla & English (minimum 20+words per minute).
Manage the full recruitment cycle—job posting, CV screening, interviews, selection & joining formalities.
Maintain personnel files, HR databases, and employee documentation.
Prepare appointment letter and joining documentation.
Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late reporting, and overtime records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports (recruitment, turnover, absent %, OT %, headcount).
Maintain proper documentation of new hires and update HRIS/employee database.
Maintain leave registers and ensure compliance with company policies.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Explain HR policies, rules, code of conduct, and compliance requirements to new employees.
Coordinate welfare activities – medical support, canteen issues, daycare, maternity support, etc.
Identify worker training needs and arrange training (orientation, soft skills, awareness).
Issue notices, warnings, show-cause letters, and maintain disciplinary records.
Update HR dashboards and share reports with management.
Earn Leave encashment.
