Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ M.Com (Accounting)/ MBA (Finance)/CA(cc)/CMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Finance, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bank Reconciliation
∎ Monthly inventory counting & reconcile with software
∎ The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions and preparing of accounting statements.
∎ Prepare and maintain requisition slips & bills.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, to keep records of day to day expenditures and closing cash books on daily basis.
∎ Check & monitor all the vouchers.
∎ Recording all transaction like Receive voucher, Payment voucher.
∎ Payment disbursement.
∎ Prepare reconciliation statements related to finance and accounts.
∎ Issue VAT Challan (Musuk-11)
∎ Check documents & preparation of monthly VAT return (Mushak 19)
∎ Preparation of price declaration, monthly return submit and all kind of VAT and accounts maintain & reconciliation (Mushok-01, 07, 16, 17, 18 & 19)
∎ Monitor VAT related activities for smooth operation
∎ Maintain all level of communication with the local custom office, VAT commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities in a proper way
∎ Should be able to generate VAT related report according to management requirement
∎ Maintaining all necessary correspondence VAT related work AG divisional, NBR, custom intelligence & valuation and internal audit to be faced & getting preparation accordingly
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
∎ Making cost statements, cost audit, financial audit, cost comparison,etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job location will be in tongi, rupganj, purana paltan, postogola in dhaka
∎ Have Good Communication Skills
∎ Have Sound Knowledge new VAT rules
∎ Creativity and Innovation
∎ Have Knowledge ISO 9001:2015, MS Office etc.
∎ Should have good speed in typing
