Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and maintain small office networking (PC to PC connectivity)
- Perform typing in Bangla & English with a minimum speed of 40+ WPM
- Design graphics including posts, posters, and banners using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, Windows OS, and software-related issues
- Handle digital marketing tasks including social media posting and page management
- Update, improve, and manage website and database
- Manage official webmail and IT communication systems
- Coordinate with team members and maintain a collaborative work environment
- Ensure punctuality and responsibility in daily duties
