Skills Required: Auto Cad 2D3D, Autodesk 3DSMAX, D5 rendering, SketchUp 3D, VRAY
Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare architectural designs, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Coordinate with structural and other engineering teams.
Ensure designs comply with BNBC and relevant building regulations.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction according to approved drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to resolve design issues.
Assist with material selection, cost estimation, and project documentation.
Site visit & reconnaissance survey.
Meeting client & liaison time to time.
Females are preferred.
