Educational Requirements:
∎ • MBA or equivalent from reputed university with Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain/Marketing Major.
∎ • Professional Certification in Supply Chain/CRM is a plus point.
∎ • Oracle Corporation offered training or certification in Supply Chain/CRM track preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work alongside a manager/team lead to understand how project work is delivered through a standard release process and gain an understanding of the importance of quality governance processes and rigor
∎ Gain exposure to requirements analysis, documentation, and the development of functional and technical design specifications
∎ Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
∎ Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope
∎ Prepare user manual and training materials and conducted training sessions for end-users
∎ Prepare test scripts and perform testing in collaboration with Business user
∎ Provide user support to ensure proper customer satisfaction
∎ Travel to project sites as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Solid understanding of accounting best practices based on a global ERP/Accounting Information System in a group environment
∎ Very strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written in English)
∎ Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills
∎ Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Very eager to learn new concepts and technologies for digital transformation
