Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop sales volume and productivity in own territory by doing field study and Market Research (Product, market, & consumer survey) and to analyze the information.
∎ To meet Territory sales target followed by Own and Organizational strategy.
∎ To build relationships with customers like Retail buyers/Plumbers/Contractors/Dealers by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ To keep the dealers well informed and updated about our offer and promotional activities
∎ To observe and check sales activities and link up to them in between.
∎ To maintain Daily Call Report (DCR) & report to ASM on daily basis after finishing the task of the respective day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidates having Experience in UPVC, Metal & Plastics bathroom fittings, pump will ge given priority.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal communication (vocal personality) & networking skills.
∎ Demonstrates integrity by modeling the values and ethical standards.
∎ Good knowledge of Polymer Products.
∎ Candidate should have the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
