• Age 20 to 32 years

• Candidate must be proficient in Excel & handling ERP

• Should have at least 1 years relevant experience (RMG Preferable)

• Writing & Speaking skill on English is mandatory

• Should be willing travel to the Factories frequently

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our MIS team as a Junior Executive – Costing & Budgeting. The incumbent will assist in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate cost and budget data for different production units. He/she will support management in decision-making by providing timely and reliable reports related to product costing, operational efficiency, and budgetary control.

• This position requires sound knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, cost components, and strong analytical ability in Excel/ERP-based reporting.

• Brief JD :

Financial Analysis

• Prepare Budgets vs. Actual to ensure accountability and financial discipline.

• Prepare projections for Financial, Non-financial, and Production efficiency.

• Actively participate in cost control measures for sustainable financial management.

• Perform cost analysis to ensure effective resource allocation.

• Interpret data to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Assist in the development of MIS tools and dashboards for better reporting and insights.

• Preparing project and investing feasibility and follow-up.

• Organize all data using SQL/ Power BI and insure the quick accessibility

Production & Buyer Profitability

• Accumulate production reports to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and wastage, aiming for operational improvements.

• Monitor key production metrics like SMV, WIP status, and production output.

• Conduct profitability analysis for various buyers and handle their financial queries.

Inventory & Stock Monitoring

• Assist in monitoring inventory flow to minimize holding costs.

Work with the Audit Team to validate closing stock and support annual stock-taking.
