• Cement Industry, Steel, Construction Chemical, Paint, Developer, Tiles/Ceramics, RMC-Sales / NGO or direct field related Marketing background etc.

Responsibilities

• Daily Visit with the owners/ Supporter of Ongoing projects like:
• House owner, Mason Engineer’s and Retailer’s
• Build up an Excellent relation with House owner, Mason Engineer’s and Retailer’s
• Helping to sales out from Dealer / Warehouse
• Develop relationships within existing customers and create new customers
• Bring new Customer orders and achieve sales and collection target
• Time to time visit all the projects & Plan for achieve Sales Target
• Achieve sales target of our products as assigned by the respective reporting person
• Arranging engagement programs with different target groups like House owners, Mason, and engineers, etc.
• To collect payments & cheque from clients
• Check, verify and ensure timely submission of all Dealers / Clients claims
• Monitors competitor activities and market tends
• Achieve monthly & yearly Sales and Targets
• Collect orders and insure timely delivery follow up
• Any special task assigned by Supervisor/Departmental Head

• Anywhere Bangladesh (Possible districts surrounding the candidate's own district
