Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management as per company requirements.
∎ Prepare report as required by Management.
∎ Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit to generate sales.
∎ Manage and regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.
∎ Create sales reports and market analyses for sales in-charge and top Management .
∎ Must be achieve target assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over English and Bengali & sound computer proficiency.
∎ Candidate should be honest, dynamic, aggressive and determined for sales & marketing.
∎ Hardworking, independent and detail-oriented and responsible.
∎ 90 % field work required.
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process in land.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve sales targets.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
