∎ MBA from reputed university with Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain/HR Major.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional certification in AccountingSupply ChainHR is a plus point.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work alongside a manager/team leads to understand how project work is delivered through a standard release process and gain an understanding of the importance of quality governance processes and rigor.
∎ Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Human Capital Management
∎ Gain exposure to requirements analysis, documentation, and the development of functional and technical design specifications.
∎ Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
∎ Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope
∎ Prepare user manual and training materials and conducted training sessions for end-users
∎ Prepare test scripts and performed testing with collaboration with Business user
∎ Provide user support to ensure proper customer satisfaction
∎ Travel to project sites as required

∎ Solid understanding of accounting best practices based on a global ERP/Accounting Information System in a group environment.
∎ Very strong communication and documentation skills (Verbal and Written in English).
∎ Very strong analytical and problem resolution skills.

∎ Very strong team work, issue tracking and issue management skills
∎ Top academic performer with excellent result/CGPA is preferred
