Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Result: S.S.C & H.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00.
∎ B.B.A and M.B.A - Minimum 3.25 out of 4.00

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain appropriate communicative knowledge with customers & Handling different types of claims efficiently.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ Prepare Pro-forma Invoice as per requirement of Buyer under concern of Management
∎ LC follow-up from provided PI & scrutinize clean LC
∎ Monitor the daily stock report & prepare delivery plan.
∎ Monitor and ensure up-to-date goods movement record and data are correctly updated in ERP system
∎ Prepare sales statements as required.
∎ Prepare commercial documents, Submit to buyers, follow-up the acceptance timely.
∎ Follow-up bank maturity & payments from different buyers.
∎ Attend customer complain along with technical team and contact for customer feedback.
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them necessary information in time.
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must.
∎ Maintain official Documents and ensure proper documentation of the concerned Department.
∎ Follow up daily activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ To perform responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
