Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering in CSE, EEE, ETE, ICT.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Engineer, IT System Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Call Center, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating & maintain Inventory of all IT assets.
∎ Hardware & software problems of the computers & network system.
∎ Implement new infrastructure as per company required.
∎ Installation of office software as required by users as recommended/ approved by IT Management.
∎ Maintenance and support for email and share printing solution.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
∎ Website & Social Pages Analysis and should have knowledge in web-based applications
∎ Must have knowledge on Web Service (SOAP, WSDL, RESTful)
∎ IP Network Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Provide support like initial site survey, router configuration, cabling, wireless CPE installation, PC hardwareand software related installation and troubleshooting etc. to the corporate customers.
∎ Follow-up with customers and take update from them regularly to build a friendly professional relationship.
∎ Network up gradation and installation planning, designing, monitoring and reporting.
∎ Advanced knowledge in Mikrotik&WiFi.
∎ Receive complain and solve the customer problem over the phone or remotely or visit.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time regarding projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ LAMP, AD, DNS, Web Hosting etc.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: CCNA, RHCSA, MikroTik, Web.
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Hardworking and Honest
