Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's or MBA in Finance & Accounts

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Proposal for opening L/C, handle documentations, payment of L/C and follow up retirement of documents.
∎ Make correspondence with banks for various import issues (e.g., import L/C amendment, corrections of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank and other govt. body rules & regulations, shipments conditions etc.)
∎ Coordinate back-to-back L/C related activities.
∎ Submit all import related statements and returns.
∎ Initiate Import Permission (IP) from relevant authority.
∎ Deal and interact communication with the local and foreign suppliers for delivery of goods on time.
∎ Prepare Import statement, follow up all consignments, and make special arrangement to in- house the urgent consignment on time.
∎ Settle C&F & transport bill according to quotation.
∎ Maintain liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship with Customs/ Port Customs and different Govt. body.
∎ Explore possibilities to reduce import cost and maximize profitability.
∎ Keep track with F&A team for timely import and payment schedule.
∎ Coordinating with supplier/C&F Agent and undertaking all the requirements activities for air/sea/road shipments for facilitating clearance for consignment from port.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, and other related laws applicable for Import.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) in related field.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated, and honest with leadership quality
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication Skill
