∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provides information about products Services and other information as required by the callers.
∎ All interactions & transactions should have been uploaded into Customize CRM System.
∎ Have to ensure the process of system-generated Service Orders, application and forms.
∎ Creating email and others content as a part of email marketing campaign.
∎ Received customer complaints & keep up all of its record in details then inquiries all of the complaints accordingly, identify the problem types and comments for solution.
∎ Contact with Service Team & prepare their daily activity schedule.
∎ Ensuring proper solutions of all customer complaints by monitoring the work of the service team and the end received customer feedback.
∎ Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check
∎ Having a very pleasant personality which would be helpful to achieve client satisfaction and endorse the company’s Brand image.
∎ Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
∎ Possessing ng excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to handle Customers and satisfy them with the correct information.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries and complaints instantly.

Salary: Negotiable
