Responsibilities & Context:
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer the telephone promptly and politely, and professionally.
- Obtain and enter accurate demographic information of a patient (Name, address, contact number).
- Produce call reports. Attend training programs regularly.
- Other reasonably related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Duty Time: Shifting Duty from 8:00 AM To 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM To 10:00 PM.
Job Other Benifits:
- Salary: 9,000-13,000/- BDT. depends on qualifications & expertise.
As per policy.
