Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: Solaric invites applications for the position of Jr Executive-Accounts to join the team.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, other registers.
∎ 2. Preparing Voucher regarding daily expenditures and transaction.
∎ 3. Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conduct banking-related tasks.
∎ 4. Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities.
∎ 5. Maintain daily accounts and ledger of the organization.
∎ 6. Preparing and maintaining all the vouchers and bills requisition timely.
∎ 7. Ensure smooth functioning of cash collection process.
∎ 8. Upon direction from management, maintain day to day banking process.
∎ 9. Skills Required: Internet Browsing, MS Office, Quick-books Software.
∎ 10. Any other activities as & when required by the Management.
