Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for Petty cash management.
∎ • Recording cash payment transaction in the Xero book.
∎ • Maintaining Cash and Cheque book register.
∎ • Able to conduct banking activities.
∎ • Preparing all kind of vouchers.
∎ • Responsible for assisting vendor payments.
∎ • Ensure filing proper accounting documents.
∎ • Provide assisting in terms of checking relevant documents against vendor bills.
∎ • Assist manager for reporting preparation and any other task assign.
