Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Individual party ledger.
∎ Banking related Work.
∎ Reconciliation of customers and banks.
∎ Communicate with clients for Account Receivable.
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Cash Book, Cheque Register, Bill Register, etc
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end close processes.
∎ Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
∎ Other task given by the Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Application -MS office, Excel, PPT
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments. Experience Requirements
∎ Ability to produce quality work under pressure.
∎ Excellent people skills geared for the service industry.
∎ Self-motivated, willing to roll up sleeves for work responsibilities.
