Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Joint Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to make a step change in Financial Planning & Analysis both at Strategic & Management levels.
∎ Job Location: Brac University, Mohakhali Campus

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and report of periodic Executive & Management information with relevant insights for Senior Management, Finance Committee & Board of Trustees; which accurately reflects the activities and financial performance as well as future outlook of the University.
∎ To prepare and report on quarterly financial performance & estimates along with insightful variance analysis both at the University level.
∎ To prepare School, Department & Centre wise performance and variance analysis with insightful commentaries, working closely with the Schools, Departments & Centres.
∎ To lead & co-ordinate annual planning exercise of the University.
∎ To prepare adhoc reports for Senior Management, FC & BoT as & when required.
∎ To provide on the job coaching & development to FP&A team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to plan, manage and oversee resources for Financial Planning & Analysis.
∎ Ability to contribute to short, medium and long term planning.
∎ Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
∎ Ability to produce high quality written and data reports to senior management.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong critical thinking, analytical and communication skills both written and oral.
∎ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues.
