∎ Requirement : Be an emotionally stable and mature person with a sincere interest in helping the urban poor communities for employment and income generating. Be willing to adhere to all program policies and procedures.
∎ Experience : 5+ years of experience in a mentoring role in NGOs.
∎ Qualification : Report writing skill in Bangla and English, Computer Skill, communication skill with urban poor communities, strong knowledge about employment needs, situation and opportunities of the urban poor in Khulna.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assessing employment needs of the urban poor women.
∎ Assessment of possible job/ skill development source for the urban poor women and adolescent girls.
∎ Mobilize job source owner for accepting urban poor women and adolescents for on job training and developing supervision mechanism
∎ Identify potential owner of handicraft, tailoring/ cottage industry for job placement options.
∎ Orient project participant about potential employment options, market linkage and entrepreneurship
∎ Routine monitoring supervision to update situation of the conducted hands-on training by job owner
∎ Support to access trained beneficiaries for job placement.
∎ Reporting to team leader to update situation and achievement after training/job placement
∎ Identify barriers and strategies to overcome barriers for job placement
∎ Research the marketing and market information system and identify opportunities to strengthen the system;
∎ Identify potential market actors and business development service providers, and connect with producers for assuring market and services;
∎ Field mobilization, project research, contribute to periodic progress reports, monitoring reports and case studies to meet the requirement of JJS;
∎ Contribute to enhancing the visibility of the project, implementing partner and donor on different forms and formats at different levels.
