সরকারী জীবন বীমা কর্পোরেশন এর অধীনে কমিশন ভিত্তিতে জীবন বীমা পলিসি বিপন এর কাজ করতে হবে।
মাসে টার্গেট ভিত্তিক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করলে বেতন প্রদান করা হবে।
সন্তোষজনক কাজের ভিত্তিতে প্রমোশন পেয়ে উন্নয়ন অফিসার ও উন্নয়ন ম্যানেজার হওয়ার সুযোগ আছে। উন্নয়ন ম্যানেজার বা অফিসার হলে সরকারী সার্কুলার মোতাবেক সুযোগ সুবিধা প্রাপ্য হবেন।
কাজের ভিত্তিতে ভবিষ্যতে রাজস্বের সুযোগ আছে।
