Educational Requirements:

∎ A diploma in any field is acceptable.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Software, Computer Technician, Information technology, IT Knowledge, IT Troubleshooting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer Operating, Computer repairing, IT Support Service, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up hardware, install, configure software and drivers.
∎ Set up, configure and maintain computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
∎ Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs, etc.).
∎ Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
∎ Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
∎ Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies.
∎ Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
∎ Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly.
∎ Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly.
∎ Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise.
∎ Attempt to replicate reported technical problems and look for solutions.
∎ Ensure all software and hardware is up-to-date and install updates as required.
∎ Perform routine preventative maintenance to avoid system outages and failures.
∎ Maintain computer network, system and hardware documentation for colleagues to reference.
∎ Train colleagues on how to effectively use computer systems and components.
∎ Maintain equipment inventories and order supplies and hardware accordingly.
∎ Familiarity and understanding of the functions of basic computer hardware and software.
∎ Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems.
∎ Making appropriate changes to any documentation, as and when needed.
∎ Performing defined tasks as per company processes.
∎ Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-4 years of experience (hands-on) with all computer hardware, software and networking.
∎ Must have 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel.
∎ Must have both analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot any computer problems that could arise.
∎ Must be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must be able to work with others and have a positive attitude when it comes to working.
∎ Must have your own Smartphone.
∎ Must have strong communication skills and be able to follow directions clearly.
∎ Time management skills are essential as you need to ensure all orders and queries are completed on time.
∎ Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role
∎ Experience with LAN/WAN networks
∎ Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
∎ Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills
∎ Very good communication abilities
∎ Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage
∎ Ability to understand and brainstorm creative solutions to complex problems is essential.
∎ The willingness to learn the technical skills needed to manage our computer system, including the use of network monitoring software and database software.
∎ Contributing to team efforts.
∎ Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude are a must.
∎ Must have sound analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
