Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ English Medium Preferred
∎ IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: CPA,Tax,VAT
∎ Skills Required: Advance Excel, Browser, Effective email communication, Tally Software, Windows Platform
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accountant, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and VAT, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle tax and VAT related issues
∎ Prepare periodic financial statements and other financial reports
∎ Analyze the monthly financial report and provide insights to higher management
∎ To liaise and coordinate with internal and external auditors
∎ Prepare and disburse salary, bonus and yearly leave salary
∎ Maintain leave register, attendance, resignation etc
∎ Preparation of budget, forecasting the variance analysis statements
∎ Manage financial & legal requirements and maintain liaison with government stakeholders
∎ All sorts of daily accounting activities; Bills & vouchers preparation and record in accounting software (TALLY) with proper documentation.
∎ Computer knowledge in word, excel, email, brower, TALLY software is a MUST.
∎ Basic knowledge on Tax and VAT related issues.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
∎ Basic English proficiency preferred.
∎ Maintain the whole accounting system in a conventional (e.g. ledger book) approach as well as with accounting software.
∎ Maintain petty cash and day to day transactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ All basic accounting books and documentation.
