We are seeking for IT Support Specialist to join our IT team at Tongi Site.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support by serving as the primary point of contact for all incoming IT issues and requests, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting desktop hardware, business software, operating systems, and network connectivity for end-user devices

  • Manage the deployment and lifecycle of IT assets, including the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and user accounts

  • Maintain system integrity and security by performing routine maintenance, applying patches, and ensuring all support activities are properly documented

  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary and contribute to process improvements by updating knowledge base articles.
