We are seeking for IT Support Specialist to join our IT team at Tongi Site.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support by serving as the primary point of contact for all incoming IT issues and requests, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
Diagnose and resolve issues affecting desktop hardware, business software, operating systems, and network connectivity for end-user devices
Manage the deployment and lifecycle of IT assets, including the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and user accounts
Maintain system integrity and security by performing routine maintenance, applying patches, and ensuring all support activities are properly documented
Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary and contribute to process improvements by updating knowledge base articles.
