অত্যন্ত দ্রুত ও নির্ভুলভাবে কম্পিউটারে কাজ করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude সহ বিভিন্ন AI টুল ব্যবহারে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
MS Office, ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং, ইমেইল ও অনলাইন পোর্টালে দক্ষ হতে হবে।
সৃজনশীল, স্মার্ট ও দ্রুত সমস্যা সমাধানে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে পেশাদারভাবে যোগাযোগ ও সেবা প্রদানের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
সময়ানুবর্তী, দায়িত্বশীল এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ে কাজ সম্পন্ন করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
কম্পিউটার ও সফটওয়্যারের সাধারণ সমস্যা সমাধান করতে জানতে হবে।
একসঙ্গে একাধিক কাজ দক্ষতার সঙ্গে পরিচালনা করতে হবে।
ট্রাভেল এজেন্সি বা ভিসা প্রসেসিং সম্পর্কে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
