∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software applications, peripherals, CCTV surveillance system, PA system, and network devices.
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, IP camera, NVR and other IT equipment.
∎ Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems and applications.
∎ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and antivirus scans to ensure system security and performance.
∎ Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, escalating issues to line manager or vendors as needed.
∎ Document support activities, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
∎ Educate employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Collaborate with other members of the IT team to implement new technologies, systems, or upgrades.
∎ Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide after-hours support when needed and respond to critical system issues or emergencies.
