Educational Requirements:
∎ Four (04) years Diploma in hardware, software and networking. Graduates/Masters from any public university in any discipline will added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used)
∎ Ensure installation of standard and approved software
∎ Ensure timely first level support
∎ Provide training to new and ALL user on IT related subject
∎ Ensure updating records of Servers, workstations, printers/scanners, computer names,
∎ Organize quarterly physical cleaning (With help of cleaning staff) of the computers, printers and scanners to ensure smooth running of the IT systems at all sites.
∎ Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements
∎ Follow the IT policy and SOP to ensure quality of services
∎ Ensure smooth recoding CCTV
∎ Ensure smooth running FINGER AND CARD Punch Machine
∎ Ensure data backup all users.
∎ Ensure smooth running Antivirus.
