Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install and configure computer systems and applications within the organization
∎ Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from co-workers and triage incidents as necessary
∎ Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks and upgrade Virus Guard
∎ Supporting the day-to-day operations to ensure safe and secure IT environments
∎ Understand business user’s problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
∎ Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution
∎ Regularly evaluating Organization’s IT equipment to ensure its quality service, maintenance, repairs, and warranty as per demand
∎ Ensure the latest technology is used and the best possible performance, quality, SOP, and best practices are followed
∎ High integrity and ethics when handling confidential information
∎ Work closely with IT team and perform other duties as and when required
