- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
- Good understanding of business processes preferably of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with ERP implementation or migration.
- Knowledge of pharma regulations will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and support our ERP system. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of business processes preferably of pharmaceutical industry and hands-on experience in implementing ERP.
Manage, support and enhance ERP systems to support core business functions.
Work with different departments to understand their needs and improve ERP usage.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Handle ERP upgrades, new modules, and integration with other systems.
Ensure system security, data accuracy, and user access control.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Act as a liaison between business users and ERP vendors or consultants.
Identify and resolve system performance issues or bugs.
Email servers (Exchange, SMTP, IMAP).
IP systems and IP telephony.
Basic web development (WordPress, HTML).
Access control systems (ZKTeco, HID).
Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, subnetting).
