Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in EEE
∎ Graduation from Fine Arts/Graphic Design from any reputed Instituted/ University in Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Knowledge about Adobe's Creative Suite- including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe In Design, Animation, Motion grapy (2D & 3D), Video editing & Adobe Photoshop, or any other Design & animation software.
∎ Creative Knowledge about digital marketing. Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition. Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions. Create brochure / poster, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover and other materials.
∎ Execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SMM (Social Media Marketing), SEM (PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, instragram and Bing), and Email Marketing.
∎ Implementing and Managing company's social media accounts focusing on information that are relevant to our client's business objectives (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Flickr etc)
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Web Trends etc.) and plan accordingly.
∎ Execute all the digital marketing campaign as per company need.
∎ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad-Words campaigns, Face book Ad campaigns, Instagram promotions, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Art & Sketch, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design, 3D Design
∎ Experience in advertising agency will get added value.
∎ Must be a good team player, hardworking, highly self-motivated and a strong communicator
∎ Keep skills current with new technologies & newer version of applications
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have the ability to do work individually.
∎ Working knowledge of printing practices and standards.
