Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,EEE
∎ Knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure, architecture and service provisioning.
∎ Working experience in a Microsoft Partner company would be an added advantage
∎ Professional Certifications: MCSE(Preferred), MCSA(Required)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deployment & Administration of Active Directory / Exchange /SCVMM/ SCDPM/ SCSM.
∎ Troubleshoot AD and Exchange Server and deliver optimal solution to a problem.
∎ Administrating Exchange 2016 EAC with mail flow problems & remediation's.
∎ Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange including Exchange mail stores.
∎ Maintaining hardware & services in the Data Centre.
∎ Managing Active Directory and Application, File & Print servers.
∎ Managing capability of NAS.
∎ Installing and/or upgrading operating system, application software, service packs, patches, and security updates.
∎ Creating & administering Users/Groups, Group policy, Permissions and access rights, DNS & DFS.
∎ Management of all operating systems, applications and end-user software supported by the team.
∎ Developing, documenting, and maintaining policies and procedures for system administration.
∎ Providing Server & PC support to end users within the organization.
∎ Resolving issues within the agreed SLA and providing root cause analysis where necessary.
∎ Providing support to domain joined desktops & laptops,printers and peripherals in a multi user environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must have strong troubleshooting skills in Exchange and Active Directory.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
∎ Should have good problem-solving skills.
∎ Good time management and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Good response rate for customer related queries provides a solution to it thereby demanding good Customer Service skills.
