∎ Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, commerce, or any other field related to financial management. A master’s degree in business or finance will be an added advantage.
∎ A CFA-level certification or at an advanced stage of completion is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Financial analysis and reporting, Prepare powerpoint and presentation, project outcome, Team Management and leadership

Fund Management, Fund Raising, Investment Analysis, Stakeholder Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Senior Investment Associate/Investment Associate will have the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
∎ Helping originate investment opportunities for SAJIDA Impact Partners
∎ Conducting market research on the industry and gathering market intelligence to enhance management of funds
∎ Preparing financial documents for presentation to the advisory committee and other stakeholders
∎ Conducting due diligence and developing investment proposals for new investments
∎ Managing and conducting due diligence and developing investment proposals for new investments
∎ Portfolio management of existing investments, and ensuring all existing investees follow SAJIDA guideline
∎ Analyzing and evaluating financial documents for presentation to the advisory committee and other stakeholders
∎ Leading market research on the industry and gathering market intelligence to enhance the management of funds
∎ Ensuring that all investment compliance regulations are met
∎ Providing general support to the Impact Partners team on operational matters (budgeting, funder reporting etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experience in the field of finance and/or investment management.
∎ Should possess skills in financial modeling, deal structuring, and budgeting.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 140000 (Monthly)
