Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing Intern: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote GROCCII's products and services.
∎ Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing initiatives.
∎ Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
∎ Operations Intern: Assist with the day-to-day operations of GROCCII's business.
∎ Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
∎ Process orders and handle customer inquiries.
∎ Assist with packaging and shipping of orders.
∎ Customer Service Intern: Provide excellent customer service to GROCCII's customers.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Identify and resolve customer issues.
∎ Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
∎ Finance Intern: Assist with the financial accounting and reporting of GROCCII's business.
∎ Prepare financial statements and reports.
∎ Analyze financial data and identify trends.
∎ Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
