• Provide comprehensive one-on-one counselling to international students on academic, personal, cultural, and immigration-related matters.

• Assist students with course selection, registration, admission, physical enrolment, and academic planning.

• Provide comprehensive student support with formatting/creating CV, writing Statement of Purpose (SOP), QA test, Pre-CAS & visa interview preparation.

• Prepare a comprehensive application package with all required documents, manage university portfolios, and submit students’ applications through the online portal.

• Support students with issues related to cultural adaptation and integration into the academic community.

• Advise students on visa regulations, compliance with immigration laws, and maintaining legal student status.

• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and communicate updates to students.

• Connect with aspiring students within an online digital marketing campaign, including social media, blog, and email marketing, to optimise website traffic and generate leads.

• Plan and organise educational events, workshops, and seminars to provide information for students to adjust to life in a new country.

• Act as a first point of contact for international students in emergencies.

• Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations related to international student enrolment and retention.

• Maintain accurate records related to international students’ enrolment and visa status.

• Serve as a liaison between the institution and external organisations, such as government agencies, international students, university representatives and other external parties.

• Participate in recruitment activities, including fairs and information sessions aimed at prospective international students.

• Advocate honesty, fairness and accurate information sharing with applicants to maintain high-standard service in line with Real Education Consultancy's commitment to its clients.

• Preparing and posting social media content and engaging with the clients.

• Looking after the office and informing the CEO, colleagues and reporting managers if anything needs to be done/ addressed.

• Regular updates on current market trends and looking for new business opportunities.

• Work ethically and regularly record the tasks done on an hourly basis and report to the Manager.

• Actively seeking new partnerships to open new avenues for student recruitment.

You will be entitled to receive an annual bonus after serving for a complete consecutive 1 year since joining the organisation. You need to serve for at least a year to qualify for the annual bonus. If you leave the job before the Eid festival, you will not be eligible to receive the annual bonus. The bonus will be calculated prorata basis, when you have not served the full year but demonstrated willingness to complete the full year and management is convinced about it.

· Additional benefits:

- Laptop for work (It is your responsibility to clean the laptop regularly and inform us if you encounter any issues). The laptop must be shut down at the end of the day and clean the system every day, including the junk folder, temporary files, etc.  

- Office mobile phone (It would be expected to maintain the phone properly and clean it regularly)

- Tea, biscuits, and clean drinking water will be provided by the organisation.

Commission Rules: Commission is paid after university funds are released. You will be paid BDT 1000 for each successful conversion. If you achieve more than your target additional bonus will be given. This will be reviewed based on your performance and the duration of your service to the organisation.

Recruitment Targets: A minimum of 10 student direct enrolments per intake. If not achieved, further clarification will be asked, and the salary may be reviewed based on the performance. Hence, the recruitment target is 30 students each year.

The referral bonus is BDT 10,000 if they are your friends, family members, or other distant relatives.
