Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student activities, ECA management, event coordination, or educational leadership
• Experience in English Medium / International Schools preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
• Experience in organising student clubs, competitions, exhibitions, debates, sports, and cultural programmes
• Ability to motivate and mentor students in leadership and teamwork

• Knowledge of student wellbeing, discipline, and positive engagement
• Ability to maintain a professional and Islamic educational environment

The school is seeking a passionate, creative, and highly organised professional for the position of Student Leadership, ECA & Club Coordinator to lead student clubs, extracurricular programmes, leadership initiatives, competitions, and student engagement activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage all student clubs and extracurricular activities (ECA)
• Develop student leadership programmes and engagement initiatives
• Organise competitions, assemblies, exhibitions, educational events, leadership camps, and inter-school activities
• Coordinate debate, public speaking, STEM, literature, sports, media, and creative clubs
• Encourage student participation, confidence-building, and teamwork
• Maintain annual ECA calendars and activity schedules
• Work closely with academic coordinators, teachers, and management
• Supervise student prefects, ambassadors, and leadership bodies
• Ensure discipline, safety, and professionalism during all programmes and events
• Promote Islamic values, character development, and Tarbiyah through student activities
• Prepare activity reports, documentation, and event summaries
