• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Sound knowledge of Cambridge / Pearson Edexcel curriculum frameworks

• Experience in teacher mentoring, classroom observation, and teacher training

• Ability to maintain academic discipline and educational standards

• Strong understanding of student development, parent communication, and school operations

• Commitment to Islamic values, professionalism, and institutional excellence

• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee academic curriculum implementation and quality assurance across Middle/Senior School

• Monitor lesson planning, schemes of work, classroom delivery, and academic standards

• Supervise teacher performance, mentoring, and professional development

• Ensure effective student assessment systems, examinations, grading, and reporting

• Maintain strong classroom discipline and a professional learning environment

• Coordinate academic planning, events, meetings, and institutional activities

• Support the implementation of Islamic values and Tarbiyah within the academic environment

• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers

• Work closely with Section Heads, Subject Leaders, and the Head of School
