Responsibilities & Context:
Support students in understanding lessons and completing assignments.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
Monitor student attendance and academic progress.
Assist in conducting exams, quizzes, and assessments.
Provide extra support to weak or special-needs students when necessary.
Organize classroom decorations, educational displays, and activities.
Communicate with parents regarding student performance if instructed.
Help manage school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Maintain records, reports, and other educational documents.
Ensure students follow school rules and safety guidelines.
