Job Context:
∎ Duration: 10 working days in country over the period of two (2) weeks (tentatively the assignment will be started from early November 2022, but the date will be finalized after completion of recruitment process) 6 days in country and 4 days home based
∎ Location: The assignment takes place in Dhaka

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in training;
∎ Training methodology and training materials development, Training of Trainers (TOT) and Training of Master Trainers (TOMT)
∎ Business development services for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME)
∎ SIYB Master Trainer Developer;
∎ Proven experience in working with the Bangladesh SIYB Association; and
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
