Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration along with CA/CA Finalist/ CA Partly Qualified.
∎ Qualification as a CPA/Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) will be an added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: National Office, Dhaka
∎ MISSION:
∎ To conduct internal financial audits, collect best practices for knowledge sharing and support the follow up process to correct in gaps in system/ processes found as result of Internal Audit at National Level.
∎ To supervise the risk management, controls, and governance processes of the Association in the Country.
∎ To carry out fraud investigations for potential breaches of compliance rules.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Internal Audit of all projects located in Bangladesh and conduct internal audit in other Countries, if assigned.
∎ Perform full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance as per agreed standards and guidelines.
∎ Determine internal audit scope, develop and drive action plan.
∎ Obtaining, analysing and evaluating financial and accounting data to ensure effective internal control systems.
∎ Prepare and keep track of Internal Audit report/s finalization reflecting audit findings and recommending necessary steps and actions to mitigate the risks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing including in an international setting, ideally with some experience in the non-profit sector.
∎ Good knowledge and working experience in the context of finance and accounting
∎ Basic experience in conducting and leading investigations independently as well as in team
∎ Good knowledge of data analytics specifically in excel. Expertise to evaluate the adequacy and usefulness of data analytic tools.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English
∎ Intercultural understanding with good communication and networking skills
∎ Good interpersonal skills and team oriented
∎ Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
