Job Context:
∎ Pulse Bangladesh Society, is a non-government organization working in development sector based on Cox`s Bazar. Now, the organization is looking for experienced and knowledgeable "Internal Auditor" for its internal audit department.
∎ Opposite to BGB Camp, Cox`s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct internal audit of different projects and units of the organization and concern raise to the management
∎ Preparing audit engagement plan, field audit and reporting and follow up.
∎ Maintain and auditing of all kind of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different registers, etc.
∎ Audit all kind of bank transaction including reconciliation.
∎ Ensure the policy compliance in every performance both programmatic and financial.
∎ Audit of organization's asset register and inventory tracking.
∎ Audit of the overall accounts of each project including cash vouchers.
∎ Audit of HR operations including payroll system, etc.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English & Bengali language.
∎ Should be honest, hard-working, enthusiastic, self-motivated & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy with office application, e-mail, accounting software- ERP.
∎ At least two (2) year's professional experience in NGO sector.
