∎ Business background preferable with Chartered Accountant (Course Completed) CA(CC).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to cross check of whole organisation’s accounts bill, voucher, invoice and procurement in line with policies.
∎ Responsible to cross check monthly financial reports made by accounts officers.
∎ Responsible to prepare organization and project budget, expenditure, variance reports.
∎ Responsible to monitor of field programme expenditures with full ethical values.
∎ Maintaining the NGO Bureau, Donor and Badabon Sangho’s compliance for preparing management report, budget forecast and present it to Executive Board and team meeting.
∎ Person should have willing to visit field at least 50% of time.
∎ Job Context: Badabon Sangho is a women’s rights and women-led organization, working for lower-caste, Dalit, single mothers, separated, widows, divorcees, religious minorities, and girls. It is (a non-profit and non-political organization) governed by group members and federations.
