Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the Post Cost Sheet Buyer/Order/Style Wise Performance.
∎ Order wise Profit or Loss Analysis.
∎ Order wise Garments Costing Analysis.
∎ Prepare Report on CM Variance Among Projected CM, After Procurement CM & After Realization CM.
∎ Order Closing Report & Analyzing Commercial Exp, Invoice Wise.
∎ Able to prepare daily production analysis report Such as Line Efficiency, Produce Minute, Target & CPM
∎ Setup Production capacity/turnover and check achievement with turnover & report the lacking of achievement.
∎ Identify weakness in the internal control system and contributing to the development of the process or system.
∎ Assisting in preparing and checking of financial statements with compliance to applicable laws and regulations and general procedure.
∎ Market survey & quotation collection to verify procured items
∎ Periodically audit the different strategic business units to assess degree of compliance of its processes with accepted accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Work with Senior Management to ensure a strong oversight system is in place and all major risks of the businesses are identified and analyzed regularly.
∎ To perform operational audit on various issues.
∎ Pre-check of Bills, Vouchers, Party payment, Procurement bills, and Export-Import LC wise payment & receive.
∎ Check Salary sheet, Bonus, Earn leave calculation, Final settlement calculation, and others payroll component of the organization.
∎ Check and verify daily local purchases bills, petty cash book, Bank payment vouchers and journal vouchers and all types of payment & receipts vouchers.
