Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily voucher checking and ensure following points:
∎ Proper supporting attached
∎ GSR attached
∎ Approver signature on GSR
∎ Recipient signature
∎ Prepared by Signature
∎ Head/Director Signature
∎ Proper accounting head
∎ Proper Description
∎ Voucher posting
∎ Bank reconciliation 9 bank accounts.
∎ Defaulter list check.
∎ Tuition fees posting check.
∎ Petty cash /physical cash check with book balance.
∎ Petty cash monitoring.
∎ Monthly accounts preparation.
∎ Yearly accounts preparation.
∎ All bills check before payment.
∎ Check salary statement before disbursement
∎ Absent /Leave deduction
∎ Tax deduction at sources
∎ Sick leave adjustment
∎ Cash collection monitoring/deposit into bank.
∎ TDS/Vat calculation/ Deducted/deposited.
∎ All license renewal
∎ Trade license
∎ Vehicle road permit/fitness etc.
∎ Rental agreement…etc.
∎ Service related vendor
∎ Software entry check
∎ Inventory check
∎ Fixed assets management
∎ Sometime market visit
∎ Any other work as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
