Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan financial audits/process audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations; identifying risk areas; preparing audit scope and objectives; preparing and implementing successful internal audit programs.
∎ Responsible for implementing the whole Accounts and Financial audits, Preparation of detailed audit plan time to time and evaluation of the program with findings, checking the procurement, Import - Export and Disbursement procedure and Recommendations according to findings.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher, purchase requisition with bill and vouchers for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and procedures.
∎ Prepare different Finance & Accounts related audit report regularly and submit it timely;
∎ Determine accuracy and transparency of all financial transactions of the company
∎ Ensure that all financial and accounting reports of the company are error free.
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
∎ Obtain, analyses and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
∎ Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
∎ Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
∎ Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft Office Package specially excel.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on financial audit/process audit
Salary: Negotiable
