Responsibilities & Context:
We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Top-Bottom Garments Washing Plant, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and analytic candidate for the post of "Technical Manager". The incumbent must have the initiative, experience, and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Review purchase orders, cost sheets, and pricing approvals to ensure accuracy and transparency of merchandising, purchasing procedure denim & headwear products.
Verify that raw material bookings (fabric/trims) match order requirements and approved consumption.
Audit vouchers, receipts, and payment records for accuracy.
Ensure tax (VAT, AIT) is correctly calculated and submitted.
Verify production planning against capacity, order quantity, and delivery schedules.
Verify compliance with customs regulations, LC (Letter of Credit) requirements, and trade laws, Conduct Audits.
Review sample development timelines and approvals to ensure adherence to buyer requirements.
Cross-check garment costing sheets for accuracy in fabric consumption, trims, CM, and overhead calculations.
Monitor T&A (Time & Action) plans for realistic timelines and on-time execution.
Identify risks such as incorrect order entry, unapproved changes, or delayed approvals.
Conduct unannounced audit or audit in any time in Accounts & Finance, Commercial & other departments as well.
